I am passionate about helping people become better versions of themselves. We all get stuck at times and it is through asking questions and being curious we begin to understand why we do what we do and how we can push forward to make the change we want in our lives. In addition, I am a qualified Reiki Master/Teacher, PSYCH-K Facilitator and Access Bars Practitioner all natural modalities using a variety of techniques to improve your life.

I spent 20 years of my adult life climbing the corporate ladder and juggling family life trying to make more to get more. I finally realised I was missing the point! Life is not about how much you have, what you own or where you live. Life is about having everything you desire and being able to do it in your time not somebody else's.
